Where can I pick up my tent?

We are based in Halifax - only 20 minutes from the M62. An ideal place to head off North to Scotland or Northern England and just as handy to catch a ferry from Liverpool or Hull.  Fitting is available at a reasonable cost. We will demonstrate how the tents are erected, so you can go on your travels feeling confident that you won't have to puzzle it out when you arrive at your first camp.

I want you to deliver to me - is that possible?

Yes. We can deliver to and arrange collection from any UK mainland address at an extra cost. Depending on where you are, this could add up to  £200 to the overall cost. But remember rooftents especially are heavy things and you might need extra people to help you lift it. Why not come to us and use our expertise and get a demonstration of how it works.

What do I need on my vehicle?

For a roof tent, you will need suitable roof bars or roof rack. Your vehicle roof loading limits need to be capable of carrying the weight.

If you are renting an Oztent, remember that these are for the most part over 2m in length so they might need carrying on the roof as well.

What else do I need?

You will need photographic proof of I.D. and name and address such as a driving licence. We will take a refundable deposit (see our T and C's)
